Once again, Urso Hotel & Spa is preparing to celebrate Thanksgiving in the heart of Madrid.

On 26 November, El Invernadero, our private dining rooms and Casa Felisa will host this celebration with a menu specially created by our Executive Chef, Rafa Cordón, and his team. Honouring the spirit and traditional flavours of Thanksgiving, the menu reflects the care for ingredients and attention to detail that define our cooking.
