Every Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday, the conservatory hosts our classic brunch, available also for non-hotel guests, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

With the soft sound of a piano in the background, guests can enjoy some of the suggestions from our menu, such as freshly prepared eggs, omelettes, eggs Benedict or a vegetable sandwich, accompanied by a basket of pastries, toast, a selection of cold meats or fresh fruit. This small tribute is completed with a range of beverages such as coffee, tea and natural juices.

Our brunch also offers the chance of adding some specialities  such as the avocado toast with fresh cheese, the Comté cheeseburger with guacamole, watercress and jalapeño mayonnaise or even pancakes. All including the possibility to add different garnishes.
