Every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday, the Consrvatory hosts our classic brunch, a plan to which everyone is welcome from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

With the soft notes of the live harp in the background, you can enjoy several passes of delicacies including Madrid pastries, a selection of breads and cold meats, and a main course of your choice. Enjoy our classic eggs benedict, sandwiches or salads. A selection of drinks such as coffee, tea or natural juice complete the gastronomic experience. All this in a space bathed in natural light in the centre of the capital city : the Conservatory.
